AROMA
On the nose, it offers caramel fruity notes, with the kiss of honey. As the aroma unfolds, delicate hints of bergamot emerge, alongside overripe tropical fruits, figs, dried apricots, and roasted almonds. Dried citrus peels, together with candied spices, complement the crisp finish.
TASTE
The palate is full-bodied, fruity, and spicy, reflecting the aroma of rum. As the flavors evolve, notes of walnuts, dried fruits, baked apples, and bitter almonds come to the forefront. The long aftertaste is complemented by sweet bakery spices and dried orange peel.
SIGNATURE SERVE
We recommend serving slightly chilled, at around 13-15°C, as a digestif.
