Marqués de Cáceres, the most influential wine brand in DOCa Rioja during 2021 according to the independent consultancy Wine Intelligence published in its study on the Spanish Wine Market 2021.
The study was based on interviews of over 25,000 wine consumers in 25 selected markets, including Spain, with three fundamental questions: knowledge of each individual wine brand, purchases in the last three months and regard for future purchases, also consumer predilection and brand recommendation.
The “top-10” listing includes the ten most influential brands in Spain belonging to the Ribera del Duero and La Rioja Denominations of Origin.
Five previous generations linked to the wine business forge the family character of Marqués de Cáceres. The commitment to excellence was established by Enrique Forner founder of the bodega in 1970. Today Cristina Forner, his daughter, overseas the winery, a benchmark of quality and has been responsible for its internationalization for over 3 decades. Marqués de Cáceres, “Marca Renombrada de España” is now present in over 130 countries.
