Re-crafted Crafter’s Junibeer declared the best non-alcoholic beverage in Estonia
Liviko’s alcohol-free craft beverage Re-crafted Crafter’s Junibeer was awarded the title of the best non-alcoholic beverage at the Best Estonian Food 2020 competition. Additionally, the alcohol-free soft drink was selected as the favourite of the Estonian Traders Association.
Re-crafted Crafter’s craft beverages are created according to the zero-waste principle. Liviko is the first in the world to create an innovative production solution where the juniper berries left from the gin distillation process are used for making new craft beverages. From this zero-waste production technique, the Re-crafted Crafter’s Junibeer soft drink and Re-crafted Crafter’s Junibeer were created.
Hanna Kaur, the beverage architect behind the juniper berry-flavoured Re-crafted Crafter’s Junibeer also named her creation. Junibeer is both the name of the product as well as product category that is derived by the example of ginger beer from the name of juniper berry.
Re-crafted Crafter’s craft beverages have been produced since the summer of 2019. The innovative beverage concept and production technology was developed a year earlier. The Re-crafter Crafter’s selection also includes a classic ginger beverage.
