Coolers now with natural colouring agents

Great news on two aspects of the Cooler line of sparkling cocktails. All Coolers now use natural food colouring, and the range of cocktails will soon include the rose-flavoured Cooler Aromatic Rose.

“The world’s food industry is constantly developing, and there are now solutions for using natural colouring agents in the production of light alcoholic beverages. Liviko’s product development laboratory conducted careful shelf-life and taste testing over 18 months, analysing various natural colourants to find the right one for each Cooler. From now on, agents providing appetising colours include black carrot and the orange-yellow safflower,” says Liviko beverage architect Hanna Kaur. The taste and appearance of the drinks has not changed.

New flavour – Cooler Aromatic Rose

This spring, our range of cocktail drinks will be joined by Cooler Aromatic Rose. The rose-flavoured cocktail is the first Cooler that has been developed using natural colourants. The aromatic flower tones of the rose-flavoured cocktail are balanced by hints of zesty citrus.

The Coolers are free of synthetic colourants and suitable for vegans. Because of the natural colouring, the colour of the product may change over time.

The carbonated cooler cocktail drinks are made from quality alcohol, refreshing juices and icy clear water. The Cooler line has been on the market since 2005, coming up with new refreshing and exotic flavours every year.

United Arab Emirates and Finland are the biggest export markets for the Cooler line.
