Hõbe Vodka named best alcoholic drink in Estonia
Liviko’s quality vodka, Hõbe Vodka, which is made with domestic grain, has won the award for Best Alcoholic Drink in the Best Food Product in Estonia awards. During its preparation, Hõbe Vodka passes through a unique three-fold cascade filtration system that contains 29 silver filtering elements and a polishing filter.
“Hõbe is the first silver-filtered quality vodka in Estonia,” explained Janek Kalvi, the director of Liviko AS. “Everyone here at Liviko takes great pride in its locally sourced ingredients, purity and nuances of flavour. We’re happy to see that our efforts in product development have paid off, bringing us feedback from consumers and this award as recognition.”
This was the 21st time that the Best Food Product in Estonia was named during the annual conference of the Estonian Food Industry Association. The products were evaluated in terms of their taste, smell, texture, packaging, novelty and commercial success.
