For the second year in a row, Liviko was awarded the title of the most competitive food industry in Estonia by the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
“It is extremely gratifying to see that Liviko’s efforts in foreign markets are bearing more fruit with every year and Estonian brands are highly valued outside Estonia – Liviko has undoubtedly worked hard for this,” said Mait Palts, Director General of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. “The title of the most competitive company is definitely all the more valuable this year, because last year’s success was maintained this year as well.”
“The key in Liviko’s competitiveness is our people, who all do their work with great dedication, from production to well-maintained partnerships. Competition is fierce in the Estonian food industry, and this makes the title of the most competitive company even more valuable,” said Janek Kalvi, CEO of Liviko AS.
“Liviko was recognised for the success of our beverages in both domestic and foreign markets. Crafter’s has become our leading international brand. It has reached 50 countries in just six years and is also successfully represented in the demanding and trend-conscious duty-free sector. A continued success story is the liqueur Vana Tallinn, of which we have produced 115 million bottles in Liviko over the years and are exporting to 30 countries,” said Kalvi.
The Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the largest and most influential organisation representing entrepreneurs in Estonia, operating for 95 years. The competitiveness ranking is part of Estonia’s largest business competition, which is jointly organised by the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Enterprise Estonia (EAS) and the Estonian Employers’ Confederation.
