Liviko supports the concert series of ENSO Nautimus
Liviko and the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra (ENSO) concluded a cooperation agreement on 5 September, pursuant to which Liviko will become a major supporter and the Nautimus concert series will be presented to the audience.
Out of the four-part concert series, each concert will characterise one label out of the wine selection of Nautimus. The opening concert of the series on 23 January 2015 brings to the audience the most radiant works from opera classics, led by Russian conductor Mihhail Tatarnikov together with lead singers from Saint Petersburg’s oldest opera theatre Mihhail, and has the Nautimus quality label “sweet and aromatic”. The Third Symphony by Sergei Rachmaninoff, to be performed in February, has the undertone of “soft and fruity”. The sommeliers and musicians have labelled Kullervo by Jean Sibelius as “soft and fresh” and the final concert of the season, Hiroshima by Mamuro Samuragochi and Takashi Niigaki, is characterised as “strong and spicy”.
ENSO is the oldest regularly operating symphony orchestra in Estonia. The history of the orchestra dates back to 1926. The high quality of ENSO records has been granted many awards, the most important of which is Estonia’s first Grammy, awarded in 2004.
By concluding a cooperation contract with ERSO, Liviko continues supporting the most outstanding peaks of Estonian culture and valuing national heritage. As the main sponsor of National Opera Estonia, Liviko has been the driving force behind one of the top events of Estonian musical life – Vana Tallinn Gala – since 2012. Liviko is also a long-term supporter of the Estonian Art Museum.
